Nitric Burn Studios Site Traffic

We need to increase traffic to our site in order to get the word out about our studio, our games, our software, our skills, and our general coolness. This is good not only for the immediate goal (the success of Rapstar Heroes), but also for our eventual plan of founding Kahootable.

Ideas on how to increase traffic to the NBS site:

  • "Essays" section, where each of us can post observations, "specialist" tutorials, and bits of wisdom... basically, start blogging. Remember the track suits.
  • Making our tools and utilities open source, or at least free to download.
  • Mad links! We should work on chaining up with different video game blogs, other indie studios, our artist (and other) friends, etc.
  • Start an NBS E-Store, selling studio and game T-shirts and paraphernalia, art prints (and originals), and other interesting things (downloads or our games, perhaps).
  • Internship and College Credit Programs - Keep in mind, we just need to SEEM legitimate.
